RETURNS & EXCHAnGES

We are so sorry if your purchase did not work out for you. So let’s make it all butta :-). Loyal Noon’s philosophy is focused around creating less waste. With this in mind we are happy to accept your return only in it’s original package within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • To process a return, please fill out the form below. Once received, we will send you an email with a return label. Shipping will be deducted from your return credit.

  • You can also choose to cover the postage for your return order.

Free shipping applies to loyalnoon.com online orders totaling $45+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added.

  • FREE Shipping on orders $45 or more.

  • All orders are shipped via Ground.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 3-6 business days from time of purchase for your goods to be shipped and delivered.

  • At this time, we are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.


    Disclaimer:

    It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out and provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address. Once the order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking their package. If a package is marked/tracked as "Delivered", Loyal Noon will not process a refund for that package.

 

International shipping

Unfortunately we do not offer International Shipping at this time due to shipping cost and custom requirements. ( But this will change :-) )
